Privacy should be understandable.
SriGPT processes information needed to operate your account, provide conversations, deliver the features you choose to use and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your conversations or personal information.
Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, information may include your name, email address, account information, prompts, conversation messages, files, images, voice input, feedback, support communications and information associated with enabled Personal Memory features.
Authentication
Where supported third-party sign-in is used, SriGPT may receive the account information required to authenticate you and associate that sign-in method with your SriGPT account.
Conversations
SriGPT processes conversation content to understand your request, maintain relevant context and generate responses.
Conversations and messages are stored in SriGPT's application systems to provide conversation history, continuity and account-based access to chats.
Access to account and conversation information is restricted and should occur only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot or improve the service, respond to support requests, enforce applicable terms or comply with legal obligations.
Personal Memory
Personal Memory allows selected information to be available across conversations so future replies can be more relevant.
Personal Memory is enabled by default for supported accounts. Users can review saved memories, forget individual memories and turn Personal Memory off.
Turning Personal Memory off prevents saved memories from being used for personalization while the feature is disabled. Turning the feature off does not by itself necessarily delete memories that were previously saved.
Automatic Memory is treated separately and is subject to its own availability, settings and service controls.
Images, files and voice
When a user chooses to provide an image, file or voice input, that information is processed as necessary to provide the requested feature.
Uploaded or generated assets may be associated with the relevant account or conversation where required to provide the product experience.
Service providers
SriGPT relies on technology, hosting, authentication, communications, payment and other service providers where necessary to operate the service.
Information may be processed by such providers when required to deliver the feature being used. We aim to limit that processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate SriGPT.
Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies and session technologies are used for functions such as keeping users signed in, protecting requests and maintaining secure sessions.
Security
SriGPT uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect account and service information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
No internet service can promise absolute security. Users should also protect their account credentials and avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily.
How long information is kept
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SriGPT, maintain conversation/account features, protect the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations and support legitimate operational requirements.
Students and education
SriGPT plans to offer a free educational-support programme for eligible school students.
Eligibility may require verification of identity, student status, age or other information reasonably required to determine programme eligibility and prevent misuse.
Where applicable, younger users may require appropriate parent/guardian involvement or consent under relevant law or programme requirements.
Your choices
Users can manage Personal Memory through SriGPT's settings and can contact SriGPT regarding privacy questions or requests relating to account information.
