Using SriGPT
By creating an account or using SriGPT, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly and to comply with these Terms and applicable policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and providing information that is accurate enough for account and programme eligibility purposes.
You must not share, sell or misuse account access in a way that bypasses reasonable service, subscription or eligibility limits.
AI-generated information
SriGPT is designed to be useful, but AI-generated responses can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or out of date.
Important information should be independently verified, particularly where decisions concern health, safety, legal matters, finance or other significant consequences.
Sources and links
Where references or external links are provided, they are intended to help users verify or explore information. A citation does not mean the external source endorses SriGPT.
Acceptable use
You must not use SriGPT to break the law, harm or exploit others, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software or deliberately bypass reasonable security or usage controls.
SriGPT may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Bearlet Ltd, the service or others.
Your prompts and content
You are responsible for prompts, images, files and other material you submit and for ensuring you have any rights or permissions required to provide that content.
You are also responsible for how generated content is used, including determining whether that use is lawful and appropriate for your circumstances.
SriGPT intellectual property
SriGPT's software, interface, branding, designs, logos and proprietary technology are owned by Bearlet Ltd or used under applicable licences. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SriGPT's technology or branding.
Personal Memory
Where Personal Memory is available, saved information may be used to personalise future conversations while the feature is enabled.
Users are responsible for reviewing and managing saved memories where appropriate. Memory availability and controls may evolve as SriGPT develops.
Paid services
Where SriGPT offers paid plans, subscriptions or purchases, the price, included usage, billing period and any additional commercial terms displayed at the time of purchase form part of the applicable agreement.
Plan features, usage allowances and pricing may change for future billing periods or purchases, subject to applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements.
Free Student Education Support Programme
SriGPT intends to offer eligible school students free educational text-based support. The programme will be subject to availability, verification, fair-use limits and these programme conditions.
Eligibility
- Applicants must satisfy SriGPT's student verification requirements.
- Verification may include identity, student status, age, school or other reasonable eligibility information.
- Eligibility may be re-verified periodically.
- Participation may be limited by region, programme capacity or technical availability.
Educational scope
- The free programme is intended for school education through G.C.E. Advanced Level.
- It may include subject explanations, revision, study guidance, language and writing support, and examination preparation.
- The entitlement is primarily text/message based.
What is not included
- AI image generation is not included in the free student education entitlement.
- The programme does not cover university, postgraduate, professional, commercial or business usage.
- Free education access may not be sold, transferred, shared or used to circumvent other SriGPT usage limits.
Fair use
Free educational support does not mean unlimited usage. Reasonable daily, monthly, technical, capacity or abuse-prevention limits may apply.
SriGPT may modify, pause or end the programme where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, eligibility changes, capacity, legal requirements or programme sustainability.
Features and availability
SriGPT is an evolving service. Features, models, supported capabilities, usage limits and availability may change over time.
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at every moment.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SriGPT and Bearlet Ltd are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on AI-generated information where independent verification would reasonably be expected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

SriGPT is owned and operated by Bearlet Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16819066.
